Care at Canary House

We work with complex systems that do not respond well to generic protocols, rushed decisions, or fragmented care. For that reason, all clients begin with the same entry point, and qualify for specific care pathways depending on assessment findings.

Canary House does not apply one-size-fits-all care.

When symptoms fluctuate, compensation is active, and capacity varies, introducing treatment without first understanding the system often adds strain rather than relief.

We assess how systems are functioning together, determine where regulation is compromised, and identify what level of care, if any, is appropriate before intervening.

All care at Canary House begins with a Full Circle Evaluation.

This is a comprehensive clinical and relational assessment designed to understand how your systems are functioning together — and at what cost.

Evaluation Includes

-Detailed review of symptoms, history, and prior care

-Interpretation of existing labs and records

-Identification of regulatory strain and compensation patterns

-Assessment of nervous system capacity and support needs

-Recommendations for care

Some people complete the evaluation and leave with clarity, reframing, and recommendations alone. In those cases, no further engagement is advised.

When ongoing care is appropriate, a Canary House pathway is recommended.

Qualification for a Canary House Care Pathway is determined by:

Degree of dysregulation

Need for relational containment and case management

Complexity of medical coordination and prescribing

Capacity to integrate interventions

Strength of existing external supports

This approach prevents both under-treatment and over-treatment and allows care to remain paced, coordinated, and clinically grounded.

Canary Foundations

A short-term stabilizing container

Stabilization before complexity.

A short-term intensive focused on:

  • regulation

  • habit architecture

  • metabolic stabilization

  • readiness reassessment

Includes daily asynchronous communication (voice and text) and weekly synchronous sessions for a highly connected experience.

Foundations are not delay.

They are what make everything else work.

$1,950 · 4 weeks · Repeatable until stabilized *

*Once stabilized, an updated recommendation will be provided.

Canary Core

Coordinated, ongoing care for complex cases

This is where regulation becomes capacity — and capacity becomes healing.

Canary House Core is designed for clients who require:

  • sustained relational containment

  • active case management

  • coordinated prescribing and medical oversight

  • close monitoring as systems re-regulate

This pathway includes:

  • daily access to a lead specialist

  • active care coordination and sequencing

  • strategic oversight by the founder

Therapeutic and prescribing oversight, when appropriate, including:

  • coordinated Medical Director support and in-house prescribing

  • monthly medication and supplement review

  • functional testing at cost

  • preferred pricing for peptides, LDN, and NAD+

  • preferred pricing on vetted supplements

$2,350 / month · 3-month minimum*

*The minimum commitment reflects the time required for nervous system regulation, therapeutic sequencing, and meaningful assessment of response.

Complex systems do not stabilize — or reveal what is helping — in weeks. Three months allows changes to be introduced responsibly, integrated safely, and evaluated accurately.

This is not a subscription. It is a contained clinical window.

An updated recommendation will be provided after the first three months depending on progress.

When Relational Containment is Not Required

Some clients arrive with sufficient nervous system stability and strong existing support teams.

In these cases, ongoing relational containment is not required, but expert interpretation, sequencing, and oversight remain essential.

When appropriate, a Healing Strategy pathway may be recommended.

Canary Strategy

Strategy-only, lower-contact care

Strategy is designed for clients who:

  • have established therapy and medical care elsewhere

  • do not require frequent contact or containment

  • benefit from expert direction and sequencing

This pathway focuses on:

  • strategic assessment and clinical prioritization

  • periodic direct consultation

  • asynchronous guidance around strategy and medications

  • optional coordination with an external care team

  • optional use of our preferred modern therapeutic programs and prescribers

Strategy is placement-based only and is not appropriate for clients who require stabilization, frequent contact, or active relational care.

It is not a step-down model.
It is a different axis of care.

Important Notes

  • Care pathways are not interchangeable

  • Not all clients are appropriate for ongoing care

  • More care is not always better care

  • Time-bound containers are used instead of open-ended memberships

  • Therapeutics are integrated thoughtfully within active care only

The goal is the right level of care, for the right system, for the right amount of time.

A Different Care Model

In limited circumstances, a fully inclusive retainer model is available for individuals who require the highest level of access, continuity, and coordination.

This model is not appropriate for most clients. Use the link below to learn more.
