Clinical Therapeutic Programs
Clinical therapeutics are managed within Canary House to ensure safety, continuity, and effectiveness.
How we use clinical therapeutics
Medications, peptides, and supplements are never introduced in isolation.
We prioritize precision-based regulatory strategy over speed and standardization.
They are sequenced based on:
clinical history and pattern recognition
laboratory and functional data
nervous system and metabolic capacity
response over time
within relational containers
The same tool may be used for different reasons, at different doses, and on different timelines.
For this reason, individual protocols cannot be predicted or chosen in advance and medications are not dispensed outside of a comprehensive program.
Three Month Therapeutic Programs
Actual care plans are individualized and may include, exclude, or sequence these tools differently.
All listed pricing includes a three month medication supply plus all additional program features.
When multiple programs are prescribed concurrently, program pricing is adjusted to reflect shared prescribing and coordination, and preferred pricing may apply.
Therapeutic programs are available to clients who qualify through a Full Circle Evaluation or who have completed Core, Strategy, or Signature care.
Clients enrolled in Core, Strategy, or Signature care receive automatic preferred pricing, reflecting a 20% reduction on the following programs.
Pricing reflects:
defined three-month therapeutic programs including up to four group coaching calls per month and private messaging direct to the team
prescribing, medication, shipping, and required supplies
dispensing and clinical coordination
Listed pricing does not indicate recommendation, availability, or appropriateness for any individual.
Canary House utilizes additional clinical therapeutics beyond those listed here, introduced selectively when indicated by assessment and response.
Metabolic Signaling Regulation Program
Utilized to support glucose stability, neuroimmune signaling, and inflammatory burden when clinically indicated.
GLP-1 / GIP Agonists (Tirzepatide)
$795-$1395 total (dose dependent)
Vitality & Adaptive Regulation Program
Utilized to support metabolic flexibility, cellular signaling, and adaptive hormonal regulation during periods of physiological transition.
MOTS-C + AOD-9604
$1,050 total
Focus & Motivation Program
Utilized to support neuroimmune modulation, stress-response signaling, and cognitive-emotional regulation when systems are under chronic load.
Selank / Semax Blend
$695 total
Tissue & Repair Support Program
Utilized to support tissue signaling, repair processes, and recovery following injury, inflammation, or prolonged physiological stress.
BPC-157 / TB-500 Blend
$735 total
Cellular Support
NAD+ (Injectable)
Utilized to support cellular energy production, redox balance, and recovery capacity during periods of metabolic or neurological strain.
$350 total
Injectable NAD+ is standard due to ease of shipping.
In select cases, we may support coordination with local providers offering intravenous NAD+ when clinically appropriate.
Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)
LDN is used for its anti-inflammatory, regulatory and neuroimmune effects.
Unlike other therapeutics listed here, LDN is prescribed and managed on an ongoing, monthly basis, with dosing adjusted over time. It is not dispensed in fixed multi-month programs.
For this reason, pricing is not listed and is instead discussed transparently when LDN is clinically indicated.
When appropriate, Canary House may:
provide access through prescribing partners, or
support coordination with a local prescriber or compounding pharmacy
LDN requires closer clinical oversight; its value lies in dosing, timing, and interpretation of response—not dispensing.
Supplements
Clinical-grade supplements are used to support regulation and integration, not as standalone treatment.
Clients enrolled in active Canary House care receive a personalized invitation to our Fullscript platform, providing access to a curated supplement selection with integrated clinical oversight and custom protocols sent directly to their device.
Functional Testing
When clinically indicated, Canary House incorporates functional testing to support pattern recognition and therapeutic sequencing.
For clients enrolled in any Canary House program, functional testing is offered at cost, without markup.
Commonly utilized assessments may include:
DUTCH hormone testing
Hair mineral analysis
GI mapping
Testing is used selectively and interpreted within the context of the whole system.
Important Note
Clinical therapeutics are not solutions in isolation.
They are introduced when capacity is present and sequencing is appropriate.
Access to tools does not replace assessment, interpretation, or relational care.
All care begins with a Full Circle Evaluation.
Therapeutics—if appropriate—are introduced deliberately and reviewed over time.
